City of Westminster’s Health and Safety Team regulate a wide range of businesses in the city from, shops, offices, theatres, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, gyms/swimming pools, pubs and clubs.

Businesses are bound by UK Law and must comply with The Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974 and associated regulations.

If you operate a local business, City of Westminster’s Health and Safety Team can give you free general advice regarding Health and Safety and how you can comply with the law.

Are you an employee of a local business? City of Westminster’s Health and Safety Team can provide advice regarding any concerns you may have regarding your health and safety and welfare or if you have been involved in or witnesses a work related accident.

If you are a resident or visitor to Westminster, City of Westminster’s Health and Safety Team can provide you with advice and information regarding workplace health and safety. They can also investigate matters of concern you may have with businesses operating in Westminster that may affect your health and safety, or other members of the public or their staff.
