To support the fantastic work of St Vincent Family Project, Victoria BID are holding a Fundraising Challenge throughout the Summer, and we are looking for local businesses to take part!
Each team will be given £100, with the aim to be as creative as possible and use this £100 to raise a much larger amount to donate to St Vincent Family Project.
There are many ways to fundraise, be it baking for a cake sale or hosting a raffle or quiz. Teams will use their business acumen to find innovative and imaginative fundraising ideas to turn that £100 into a much larger donation.
Can you beat last year’s winners Intu who raised an impressive £1800 for The Passage?
Teams will have 10 weeks to plan and complete the challenge, and the team who raised the largest donation will win a luxury prize!
The donations made from this year’s summer fundraising challenge will go to the St. Vincent Family project.
St. Vincent’s Family Project is a charity for families in South Westminster with children from 0-5 years old. South Westminster, has some of the most deprived areas in the country and is home to many families who struggle with debt, insecure housing, domestic abuse, family conflicts, mental ill health, English language or are socially isolated.
The charity aims to assist families to get the best possible starts, and help them to be resilient against challenges they will face. St. Vincent’s provides a family drop-in during the week offering a welcoming, safe and inclusive space as well as activities for families and young children. From this base it provides a free crèche, welfare advice and support, therapy support, English language and healthy living programmes.
