The Passage Garden Party in association with The Victoria & Victoria Westminster BIDs

The Victoria and Victoria Westminster BIDs are proudly supporting The Passage Garden Party this July.

Held in the grounds of Westminster Abbey, the event will be a great opportunity to celebrate our strong partnership with The Passage, which is helping us support some of the most vulnerable people in our community and make a positive difference to peoples’ lives.

At the heart of the BID’s work with The Passage is the Community Intervention Team. The BID’s fund a dedicated daytime street engagement team, delivered by The Passage, which consists of three experienced outreach workers covering the Victoria BID and Victoria Westminster BID footprints.

The BIDs work with partners across Victoria and Westminster to support communities, identify area priorities and enhance the local environment (economically, socially and physically) so that everyone in the area benefits. And while Westminster as a whole is an economic powerhouse, we know that we cannot be complacent or ignorant to the challenges faced by some people in the area. The work of The Passage is vital on this front, and ensures that as Westminster evolves and grows, we are working to find a sustainable, compassionate, long-term solution to rough sleeping.
