When the sun comes out it’s time to head to the bar terrace overlooking the gardened courtyard at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Their new bar and drinks menu offers fresh ingredients from the hotel’s rooftop kitchen garden, as well as honey from the hotel’s very own hives.

If you’re looking for a calmer or slower paced night out, then it’s their delectable zero proof selection of drinks that you’ll be after. Thomas and Evans No.1 aromatic botanical beverage is a sophisticated and deliciously fragrant drink, while Monte Rosso is a full-flavoured Aperol Spritz, sans alcohol!

Partnering with the London Essence Company, who have light and lo-cal mixers, including Grapefruit and Rosemary Tonic Water, Bitter Orange and Elderflower or the failsafe Classic London Tonic Water, each beverage is set to be an intricate and tasty combination of flavours.

The London Essence Terrace at St.Ermin’s includes the Belsazar vermouths (Rose, Dry, Red and White), Calle 23 Bianco Tequila and Mezcal, as well as a generous selection of gins and vodkas, such as Gin Mare and Snow Queen vodka.

Provided the sun comes out and the clouds clear, the Terrace will be open throughout the summer, with floristry courses led by Tony Roberts, in addition, to live coverage from Wimbledon, the World Cup and the Royal Wedding!
